Fig 'Brunswick'

A highly hardy, deciduous, self-fertile fig variety, renowned for its ability to withstand cold and wet conditions, making it excellent for UK outdoor cultivation.

Fruit large, greenish-yellow tinged brown, white fleshed. Vigorous spreading tree. Early season.

Fig leaves are also edible and bring notes of coconut, vanilla, and almond to both sweet and savoury dishes. Use them to flavour syrups, desserts, cocktails or to wrap fish.
