Description
Bears very large white seedless grapes in dense clusters, which produce a wine of fine muscat aroma. When the fruits turn yellow they are sweet enough for dessert use.
Leaves are eaten cooked - rated good in our taste tests, or added to pickles to retain crunch.
Phoenix is a German hybrid variety known for high disease resistance, particularly against powdery and downy mildew.
Leaves turn red and orange in the autumn.
