Perennial Flax

Clumping perennial with blue flowers over a long period in summer.  A fibre plant, with edible seeds, and a bee plant.

In favourable conditions, it will scatter its own seeds, allowing it to act almost like an annual or self-perpetuating perennial in the garden.
