Description
A fast-growing, evergreen tree, with delicate, silvery/green, fern-like foliage and a profusion of scented, pea-sized, golden, bottle-brush-like flowers in late winter/early spring.
It has an airy, open habit and will flower at a young age. Both foliage and flowers are highly prized by florists.
Grow in moist but well-drained, reasonably fertile, neutral to acid soil or compost in sun.
