Refund policy

We take great care to ensure all plants are dispatched in good condition and of reliable quality.

Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate care is given to plants after delivery. We cannot be held responsible for plant health or performance once delivered, including failure due to unsuitable soil conditions, weather, neglect, or other factors beyond our control.

On arrival
All plants must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any plants that arrive damaged or in poor condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Errors in orders
If we make an error in your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled as plants are prepared and dispatched quickly and are perishable in nature. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for unwanted items or change of mind.
