Fig 'Dalmatie'

Exceptionally large green-skinned fruits with a sweet, rich red-amber flesh. Tree with fine cut leaves, fine outside.

Fig leaves are also edible and bring notes of coconut, vanilla, and almond to both sweet and savoury dishes. Use them to flavour syrups, desserts, cocktails or to wrap fish.
