Fig 'Noir de Carombe'

Fruit dark shiny black, quite fat, with strawberry red flesh. Fine outside.

Fig leaves are also edible and bring notes of coconut, vanilla, and almond to both sweet and savoury dishes. Use them to flavour syrups, desserts, cocktails or to wrap fish.
