Groundcover Raspberry 'Betty Ashburner'

A hybrid of Rubus pentalobus and Rubus tricolor, mid sized (about 45cm high), with red-bristled stems and glossy evergreen leaves that tint purplish in winter. Pollinate with either parents for the red raspberry-like fruits to form.

It is a fast-growing plant that thrives in full sun, partial shade, or even deep, dry shade.
