Description
A deciduous thorny shrub to 1.5m high with deep reddish purple leaves on bright red stems, bearing lots of clusters of bright red, egg-shaped edible fruits (acid, lemony).
Produces clusters of small yellow flowers in late spring that are irresistible to bees.
