Description
Herbaceous perennial; a truly beautiful edible plant with edible leaves, roots, stems and seeds. Often eaten fresh for its supposedly high iron content. Parsley flavour with hints of chervil and celery.
Thrives best in partial shade to full shade with a moist, nutrient-rich soil. Full sun causes the leaves to scorch or turn bitter.
