Lady's Mantle

Perennial from Northern Europe growing to 50 cm high. The leaves, stems and roots are all well known medicinal parts, and the plant makes a good ground cover in shade.

A traditional dye plant that yields soft yellow, mustard, and muted olive-green shades on natural fibres like wool.
