Sea buckthorn 'Friesdorfer Orange'

A hardy, salt-tolerant deciduous shrub known for its silvery foliage and vibrant orange berries. These berries are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and omega fatty acids; and taste deliciously tart!

Silver Star is a rounded dense growing dwarf cultivar growing 1 to 1.5m high and wide.

Sea buckthorn serves as a useful windbreak and soil stabiliser.

A relatively small variety reaching 2-3m. Bears good crops of small-medium fruits. 

Self-fertile (rare in sea buckthorn!)
