Description
Perennial growing to 1m or so high, with white flowers much loved by beneficial insects. Formerly a much-used root vegetable, bearing several taps root radiating downwards.
Thrives in full sun to partial shade in moist to wet soils, often cultivated in garden beds as a perennial crop.
Great as a cut flower.
