Fig 'Bourjasotte Grise'

Fruit medium-large, flesh dark red, very sweet and juicy, rich flavour. A good cropper, needs a warm position.

Fig leaves are also edible and bring notes of coconut, vanilla, and almond to both sweet and savoury dishes. Use them to flavour syrups, desserts, cocktails or to wrap fish.
