Fig 'Brown Turkey'

Fruit large, brown, pear-shaped; flesh red, sugary, rich flavour. Mid season – 2 weeks after Brunswick.

Fig leaves are also edible and bring notes of coconut, vanilla, and almond to both sweet and savoury dishes. Use them to flavour syrups, desserts, cocktails or to wrap fish.
