Description

Shrub to 1-1.5m high, wide spreading, dense foliage. Bears abundant large apple-shaped tart aromatic fruits. Makes a delicious lemonade and can be used as a lemon substitute.

Lithuanian variety bred for large fruits very high in Vitamin C, with a lemon flavour, and known in the region as the "Northern Lemon". Red flowers throughout winter and early spring. A useful plant to cheer up the garden and give nectar to bumble bees.
